omg hahahaha. I’ve never had that one but I would give it a try! Definitely do some research and see which one is best for YOU. Everyone has different tastes but I personally enjoy ON gold standard and Pride’s chocolate whey.

I weight train 6x a week for no more than 45-60 mins then I do cardio for 20 mins. Ideally, your workouts shouldn’t exceed 60 mins. Fasted workouts are a hell no so be sure to eat a well balanced breakfast and give yourself at least an hour to digest it.. Oats are great, add some eggs, a piece of white toast or a banana, and you’re good to go!

Whey protein, liquid BCAA’s, pre-workout, efa’s, multi-vitamin, vitamin c, and vitamin d. If you’re not seeing progress, switch up your routine. You have to keep your body guessing. Kick up your intensity and remember, diet/ nutrition is crucial. Sometimes I struggle but I am proud to say I’m all natural and most of my strength is mental. You don’t need to rely on supplements in order to see results.

No, this has never happened to me. But then again, I’ve never been at a ridiculously unhealthy and low body fat.

You can do a mini bulk for a month but you should probably skip cardio. Everyone’s body is different though. Find what works for you and learn how your body responds to certain diets and training techniques.

Bulking is basically consuming a surplus of calories for a period of time in order to gain mass.. mainly to build lean muscle and of course some fat is gained but when you cut again it’s lost. I am training for the NPC Illinois and WBFF World’s competitions. xo
