Anytime! I love supporting others and their fitness goals. It’s actually very inspiring for me. I dress pretty conservatively in my every day life to avoid unwanted attention but it’s extremely flattering when someone genuinely does take notice of and appreciates all that goes into achieving a well built physique. Keep up the hard work!

Barbell Squats- 205 lbs x 6
Laying Hamstring Curls- 160 lbs x 8
Leg Extensions- 160 lbs x 10
Still training legs/glutes 2x a week and I’m even stronger than I was 7 months ago before I started prep. There’s no greater feeling than lifting heavy! Sometimes I want to go even heavier but it’s quality vs. quantity. If you start to break form. Rack it. Challenge yourself but listen to your body. Train smarter not harder.
