I love ON products.. Pride Nutrition products, and 1st Phorm. I don’t use a lot of supps except for multivitamins, protein, bcaas, and amino acids.

I don’t snack often as I eat 6 sizeable meals per day. When I do I like USN bars, quest bars, hummus and pita chips, dark chocolate, and CHEESE.

I add and/or take away carbs every other week or so. Now I keep it fairly consistent except for my “off/rest” days in which my intake is lower by no particular percentage, just by amounts per grams d/o how I look/feel and want to look.
